What is our Return policy?
We examine each product carefully to ensure that the product has no damages before delivering it you. However, we will accept returns in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being delivered to you. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (4 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition or the product has been tampering with, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. We will refund your original delivery charge if a product is found to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
•Customers can also opt for a full refund for the value of the defected item if they do not wish to receive another item in exchange for the defected item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since you receive of the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Products such as Sale Items, Gift Vouchers, handbags, jewelry, cosmetics and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Item(s) can be exchanged for different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock. Please note no cash refunds or credit notes are extended to customers for any item exchanges.
If the new item that you are requesting and exchange for has a:
–Higher Selling Price than the original purchase item – you will be requested to make an additional payment to cover the difference in price.
–Lower Selling Price than the original purchase item – the balance money will not be refunded to you and you will forego that difference.
Customer has to pay re-delivery charge of Rs.300 at the time of receiving the exchanged item.
Exchanges can be made one time only.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund/exchange to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping on Returns
To return your product, you should mail (registered post or via courier) your product to: Samarah styles or we can arrange pickup from your location subject to a Rs. 300 pickup fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Samarah Styles, the company request the customer to ensure that the returned items are packed and sealed up properly for exchange to avoid damaged and tampering on their way to store.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unstable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange and you will have to bear the courier charges for the pickup and return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note that Samarah Styles management retains all rights to reject or deny exchange requests if we feel that the case is not genuine. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the management and is non-negotiable.
