HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To make a purchase, click the “ADD TO CART” button and proceed with further directions given by the website.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO SAMARAH STYLES ACCEPT?

We accept cash on delivery, card payments & bank transfers

I observed that an Item I opted to buy has been sold out.Will you be restocking it?

Restocking our styles depends on its demand. If the style is frequently asked about, we will be restocking it within a few weeks. If not, you can pick a similar style using the ‘search’ feature.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We ship to one address in one delivery, although you can add a different address as the recipient’s address.

How long does delivery take? and what are the charges?

Our delivery duration is 1-7 business days. All our products are priced including shipping within Sri Lanka.

If the item is to be shipped overseas then the shipping will be calculated at the check-out point.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS TO PLACE THE ORDER?

WHAT IS THE RETURN NOTICE PERIOD?

Any purchase you make will not be eligible to exchange after 7 days. In order to exchange, the product should be in its original condition and it will only be accepted with proof of purchase only.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with your order details

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed you will not be able to change or amend the order.

I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT, WILL I GET A REFUND?

Sorry, the payment is not refundable. You can inform us by sending an email and change the ordered products to the amount which you have paid.

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT’S NEXT?

After you have placed the order, we will send you a confirmation email. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We will be handing over your order to a 3rd party courier service. And they will deliver within 3-5 working days. They will contact you in advance to the delivery, please be kind enough to answer the phone. If there is any delay, do let us know by dropping an email,

I am an overseas client. Will there be any added CUSTOMS DUTY which I will have to pay when I receive it?

Yes ! Depends on the country you reside and its Duty tariffs. Please check the weight and your country’s customs tariffs prior to confirming the order.

If I do not pay the Duty what will happen to my package ?

The Package will be returned to Sri Lanka and the charges will have to be borne by Samarah Styles. You will not receive your ordered item therafter.

Will I be getting a refund over the amount I spent?

Sorry! No refunds would be made for international shipping
