How Does Shipping Service Work?

We know how important it is to receive your goods on time, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion or as a gift, and we use large network of courier service to deliver goods from www.samarahstyles.lk to all over Sri Lanka.

We allocate packages in a way which we believe your order will deliver to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

 

Our Shipping Information?

  • Your parcel will arrive within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and availability of stocks) after you place the order.
  • If stocks are not available, your order will be delivered within 5-14 working days. This information is available and visible to you at the time of placing the order.
  • Orders must be placed before 4pm to benefit from the 24 to 48 working hours dispatch.
  • Your order will be delivered by allocated courier service and a signature will be required on receipt of your order.
  • If you’re not available or unable to accept the item on that specific time you may request to reschedule the delivery on next working day, but this is only one-time request.
  • Deliveries are not made on Public & Mercantile holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
  • Do not accept parcel if the seal is broken.
  • If the order is on cash on delivery you may pay the delivery person full amount as printed on the receipt.

Do you deliver to WORK addresses?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods and sign.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight, size of your package and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

Is my order on its way to me?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from Samarah Styles team once your order is dispatched.

Once delivery agency is ready to deliver the order you will receive a tracking number with delivery person name via text message. If the order is on cash on delivery basis, amount will also reflect on the text message.

 

Can I track my order?

You may simply use the link on the text message or email and track your order status by entering the tracking number.

 

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, order delivery will be rearranged automatically and rider will contact you on next working day. Anyway, courier company will try to reach you 2 times in total in order to deliver the order to you.

If courier company fail to contact you 2 times your order will be returned back to Samarah Styles warehouse and you will receive a text message confirming the return.

 

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

  • Checking the tracking link via your text message or email to view the delivery status.
  • Signing into My Account or Orders to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Checking your text messages if you have an attempted delivery from one of our carriers.

If you still can’t find your parcel, please email us using the contact us form and quote your order number. We’ll reply within 12 hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway.

 

 

Can I amend my delivery details?

We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.
